- Wrong product received (different from what was ordered)
- Missing items from the order
- Products with print quality issues

Not Eligible
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products used, opened, or with removed packaging
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Orders older than 7 days from delivery
How to Request a Return

Contact Us
Email us at support@tiezhi.studio or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.

Review
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm eligibility.

Resolution
Once approved, we'll offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference and product availability.
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI). Please provide your bank details when requested.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Coupon/Promotional Orders: Refund amount will be the actual amount paid after discounts.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel an order, email us at support@tiezhi.in with your order ID.
- If payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
